Newport ONE has made justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) a top priority internally and with clients. Newport ONE focuses on assessing our current organizational practices around JEDI and exploring active, long-term, and meaningful ways to counter racism and inequality as a company and community. We are putting our commitment into action by providing discounted or pro-bono expertise and services to small or local nonprofit organizations founded by community members of color; enacting company-wide days for volunteerism and service; investing in JEDI tools and trainings led by qualified professionals; and ensuring our recruitment and hiring practices recognize diversity and fight against bias and discrimination.
